Contact and service-request information
When you use the contact form, call or email IRIS, you may provide your name, company, phone number, email address, facility location and details about your inspection needs. IRIS uses this information to respond, discuss potential work and provide requested services. IRIS does not sell this information.
Retention and security
Inquiry and customer information is retained only as reasonably needed for correspondence, service delivery and ordinary business records. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no website form or email system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Hosting logs and private analytics
The hosting provider may maintain ordinary server logs that include an IP address, requested pages, date and time, browser or device information and website errors. IRIS uses this information for website operation, security and a basic understanding of site traffic. There is no public visitor counter.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not currently use advertising trackers or third-party analytics scripts. If that changes, this notice will be updated.
